Cooked Ribeyes with Bobby Flay’s Coffee Rub… so good. The leftovers kept us in a meat hangover all weekend.

Out of town this weekend… saw some old friends…. missed our house and our puppy… Marc’s first introduction to Egg Harbor cafe. Here’s a look at our weekend….

Who knew the Oak Ridge Boys played at the Nippersink Golf resort in WI…. Who knew….
So we made lamb chops (marinated in garlic and rosemary) and my first attorney at soufflé (Julia Child’s soufflé a frommage – excuse)
Here is what happened:
Well… So we got a puppy. We told ourselves – adult dog, no potty training, easier – when we saw this baby, all rational thought went by by.
So far she has been at our house about 12 hours; 2 messy poops outside, 5 pees outside; and one pee that started inside but was finished outside! We have high hopes at 4am on day 2 for consistency and the future – I dread leaving her at home Monday…
So far out night has a good rhythm: whine, cry, scream – wake parents up – parents takes dog potty (we also might have been peeing in the yard to set good examples) – parents lays with Mo on floor – coaxing her to sleep in her brand new kennel.
